Mix it once, fill it once. Smoky Wing Rub keeps for 6 months in Flavor Press, and every batch of wings gets the same measured 1½ tbsp in one even pass — no shaking a jar and hoping, no sticky hands in the spice drawer.
How it’s made
- Make the rub: stir the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne together until the color is even. Fill Flavor Press with the blend and close it.
- Pat the wings very dry with a paper towel and spread on a sheet pan. Hold Measure Mate to the 1 tbsp line and pour the oil over them. Toss.
- Press 1 tbsp, then ½ tbsp of Smoky Wing Rub over the wings in an even pass. Sprinkle with salt and baking powder. Toss until evenly coated.
- Bake at 425°F for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp and deeply colored.
