Whole cumin and coriander ground fresh taste nothing like the pre-ground jars, but most people skip it because grinding is a separate step with a separate tool to wash. Grinder King grinds and measures in one motion, straight onto the pan.
How it’s made
- Spread the carrots on a sheet pan. Hold Measure Mate to the 2 tbsp line and pour the oil over them.
- Twist Grinder King to 1 tsp and grind the cumin over the carrots. Repeat with the coriander. Add salt and toss.
- Roast at 425°F for 25–30 minutes, tossing once, until browned at the edges.
- Serve over a swoosh of yogurt, topped with cilantro.
